If you look at some of the wealthiest people in the world they are constantly going in the opposite direction of where the general public is going. They are buying when the world is selling, and when everybody is buying, they are unloading everything. Don't believe all this media hype, this is no different than any other real estate cycle.  All the same things were being said back then too.  People will look back at this opportunity and say I wish I bought a couple properties.</description>
